Mutual Ministry
Term of office - 2 years, with 3 members to be appointed each successive year.
Communicate the congregation’s praises and concerns to the pastors and/or the Ministry Oversight Team.
Support the pastor and staff.
Address internal conflict prior to going to the Ministry Oversight Team, if necessary.
Review/evaluate paid staff members annually.
Annual recommendations may include:
- Salaries
- Benefit packages
- Specific duties for the coming year
- Continuing education
Elect a Call Committee of six voting members when it is necessary to add or replace a rostered leader.
